Problems
Web explorers while they apply online for something, sometimes they get confused filling long or short questionnaires.
Context
Since the Internet is growing and expanding more, now the web users as Governmental Organizations, Banks, Universities and different Web users are using online applications as a new easy way of applying on something. Nowadays employers are applying online for the jobs; students are applying for the Universities; people now are also applying for the online credit cards; and also people are filling different questionnaires like psychological tests and also organizations who conduct surveys they do use online questionnaires.
The point is that the web explorers would they use the short or long surveys or applications? Some of the web users in their application forms use long information detail forms for the explorers and different levels of pages (e.g.) you fill one page and after it you have to fill another one and so on. But the others use short applications form which is more applicable for the explorers.
They use long questionnaires you have to fill giving all your information details and you will involve in different “filling problems” so you have sometimes to give an extra information but you aren’t able to give that e.g. information about ZIP Code etc. were do people get confused filling the questionnaire and they quit filling it.
Some of the Web users use an application form which you have to download it first, fill it and then email or fax it. And this is more time-consuming for the explorers.
Solution
I think that the long application or questionnaire will be confusing for web explorers who do fill applications forms or questionnaires. They have to follow different levels or steps to fill an application form.
Web users should create an application form and specifying the information which they need to know and set up software which allows the explorers to give their information easier. And I think that they don’t have to give their application forms in different software or program so explorers don’t have to download it and then email it once again.
